All GCS ArtStamps products are backed by our guarantee of your satisfaction. Any product defaults including accessories will be handled to your satisfaction by our efforts. Product damage resulting from abuse (like how do you abuse a rubber stamp? – see our recommendations for care and conditioning) is not covered under this guarantee and the company reserves the right to make the final decision as to repair, replace or charge for work done under this guarantee. Return product to our snail mail address with your letter (having a copy emailed in advance of our receipt of your mail will be helpful). Work done under warranty will include reimbursement for shipping in the form of free goods of the minimum value of the shipping costs. Non warrantable work will incur costs of returning the product to you.
