All orders placed through our site will be shipped within 7 business days not counting the day we receive your order. We may, however, ship your order before that as we try to allow for conditions beyond our control. All ‘ship to’ addresses in Canada or offshore ship from our office / studio in Surrey, BC. Canada Post’s “Expedited Post” is our shipping method. Shipping costs vary to each postal area of the country and are noted at checkout.

All US orders have a flat rate of $10.95 CAD applicable. Payment for all orders placed through this site can only be made through Pay Pal.

Orders placed directly with our company by snail mail (to either address on our Contact Us page), can be paid by  Money Order or your cheque/check (please allow extra lead time [5 - 10 days] for clearing). Orders faxed, emailed or phoned to our office can only be completed with Pay Pal.  Invoice payment will be generated through an email.
